The Estelle R. Ford Future Nurses Scholarship exists to encourage excellence in nursing, character, leadership and community service.  Scholarships are the primary focus on this organization and will be awarded to second (2nd) third (3rd) or fourth (4th) year nursing students who demonstrate excellence in academics, practical nursing, moral character and community service. 

Scholarship candidates are required to complete a Pay It Forward (PIF) Leadership Service Project prior to receiving their scholarship. This service project emphasizes the value of service and leadership within the community, as well as developing compassion for others and other important skills.
